Terms of Service

Important: By accessing or using Vobat, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Vobat.

1. Service Description

Vobat provides educational software tools for data analysis, visualization, statistical summaries, charting, public-information exploration, and AI-assisted report generation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vobat. If you use Vobat on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Educational Use Only

Vobat is provided for educational, informational, and exploratory analysis only. Vobat does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, healthcare, engineering, scientific-certification, regulatory, or professional advice.

4. No Financial Advice

Any stock, company, market, valuation, trend, prediction, forecast, statistical projection, or AI-generated market commentary is educational only and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or invest in any security or asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any output.
Complying with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Ensuring you have the right to use any data you submit.
Backing up your own data.
Consulting qualified professionals before making decisions based on Vobat outputs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Vobat to:

Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
Upload patient records, PHI, medical records, classified data, export-controlled data, or restricted data.
Process data for medical diagnosis, patient care, clinical decisions, regulated compliance certification, or high-stakes decisions.
Upload malware, spam, harmful code, or unlawful content.
Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
Use automated scraping or abusive access methods.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant Vobat a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, display, and analyze that content solely to provide and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or wrong. You must independently verify all AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for decisions based on outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

Vobat, its software, interface, designs, branding, text, code, and related materials are owned by Vobat or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Vobat intellectual property.

10. Third-Party Services and Data

Vobat may rely on third-party providers, public data sources, APIs, AI systems, hosting providers, analytics services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, inaccuracies, or terms.

11. Availability

Vobat may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. No Warranties

VOBAT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOBAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOBAT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; INVESTMENT LOSSES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOBAT’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOBAT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vobat and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Vobat, your submitted data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vobat at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or created risk for Vobat, users, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Vobat after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
